What Youll Do

• Own and deliver production-grade features across our client, candidate, and admin portals
• Develop responsive, scalable UIs using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Work closely with backend, product, and design teams to translate ideas into beautiful, functional experiences
• Contribute to component libraries, performance optimization, and frontend architecture
• Participate in code reviews, product planning, and rapid iteration cycles

What Were Looking For

• 25 years of experience in frontend or full stack development
• Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
• Experience with frameworks like Next.js, tools like Tailwind CSS, and state management (Redux/Context/others)
• A strong sense of UI/UX, code structure, and attention to detail
• Bonus: familiarity with SSR, API integration, or working in fast-paced product startups
• A self-driven attitude, love for clean code, and excitement to build, ship, and own
• Willingness to work full-time and contribute deeply to a fast-scaling product
