Location: Remote
Commitment: 8 week Contract with under Canada Summer Jobs Program
Pay: $17.60/ hour
Hours: 35 hours/week - with flexible work schedule
Requirements: Must be Canadian Citizen, Permanent , or Refugee (valid SIN#)

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Creator to help grow our digital presence, tell impactful stories, and engage our community.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, social media, and nonprofit impact. You will help bring our programs to life through engaging content and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form video content.
- Conduct interviews with youth, mentors, volunteers, and community members to capture impact stories and program highlights.
- Create social media content that increases audience engagement, awareness, and participation in Skills for Life programs and events.
- Design graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Edit videos using platforms such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Lightroom
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote programs and events
- Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement and reach
- Support brand consistency and messaging across platforms
- Assist with newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content creation and social media management
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe tools
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Passion for nonprofit work and youth empowerment
