About the Role

Skillcept.online is looking for an experienced and passionate AI and Data Science Training Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in creating learning content and conducting interactive training sessions for diverse learner groups.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys simplifying complex technical concepts, mentoring learners, and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning for learners at different skill levels.
• Design structured learning paths, modules, and curricula based on audience needs and industry requirements.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, assignments, projects, quizzes, and assessments.
• Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and boot camps in virtual or hybrid formats.
• Deliver practical, application-oriented learning experiences using real-world examples, case studies, and industry projects.
• Evaluate learner progress through assessments, assignments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and changing industry trends.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and related technologies.
• Incorporate new tools, frameworks, techniques, and best practices into training programs.
• Mentor learners and provide guidance on projects, technical concepts, and career-oriented learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with Skillcept.online’s learning standards and business goals.
• Required Skills
• Strong understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python programming and commonly used data science and machine learning libraries.
• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
• Ability to develop technical learning materials, assessments, assignments, and project-based content.
• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and deployment basics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple, structured, and engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a learner-focused teaching approach.
• Prior experience in content development and training delivery in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning will be preferred.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of overall experience in developing course materials and delivering training programs in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, boot camps, or technical mentoring programs.
• Ph.D., M.Tech, M.E., B.E., or B.Tech degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in delivering virtual training programs will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing industry-relevant projects and capstone assignments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, MLOps, or cloud-based AI platforms.
• Experience working with EdTech platforms, corporate training programs, or academic training environments.
• Ability to lead curriculum planning and guide junior trainers or content developers.
