Inside Sales Executive

Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into customers for Sinomex Diagnostics’ medical and healthcare products. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients, provide product information, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders to ensure timely closure. Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and availability, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and offering responsive customer service. The role also involves meeting sales targets, gathering market feedback, and supporting overall business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales with a focus on healthcare, medical devices, or related products.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical product information clearly and professionally.
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic MS Office applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Dwarka and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical products sector is an advantage.
