Job Description

• This is a full-time Senior Merchandiser position based on-site in Noida.
• Handle international buyers independently(communication, follow-ups, negotiations).
• Ensure timely approvals( lab dips, fit samples, PP samples etc.)
• Monitor production status and resolve delays proactively.
• Maintain TNA and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage complete order lifecycle from enquiry-sampling-order confirmation-production-shipment.
• Coordinate with sampling and production team for tech pack creation, fittings and finalization of samples.
• Oversee production planning, including fabric sourcing, stitching, wash treatment, and quality control.
• Ensure quality compliance and buyer requirements.
• Manage documentation related to export orders.
• Collaborating with design and production teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of products that meet quality and design standards.
• Ensure effective correspondence with clients regarding order status updates and sample approvals.
• Collaborate with logistic team for smooth dispatch of products.
• Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, building strong customer relationships, creating sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ladies Fashion garments.
• Strong buyer Communication skills both verbal and mail to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Good understanding of fabrics, trims, washing, finishing.
• Sales and Marketing experience to develop and execute growth-driven strategies
• Knowledge of Retail and Merchandising processes, with an ability to analyze market trends and manage product life cycles
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or similar software

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Business, or a related field with strong knowledge of ladies fashion garments and export documentation.

10-15 years experience of working in Export House dealing in Women's Wear
