Entry Level Investment Analyst & Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Investment Analyst & Operations Associate to support both the investment process and operational infrastructure of the firm.

This is a junior, high-exposure role designed for individuals building a career in investment management, with direct visibility into portfolio construction, client reporting, and firm operations.

The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a demonstrated commitment to leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Support (45%):

• Investment research across asset classes
• Financial modeling and performance analysis
• Portfolio construction and monitoring

Operations & Process Optimization (45%):

• Portfolio accounting and reconciliation
• Client reporting and data management
• Trade support and workflow execution

AI & Automation Enablement (10%):

• Build AI-assisted workflows
• Automate repetitive processes
• Support development of internal AI agents

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–2 years experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Demonstrated progress using AI tools

Preferred

• Capital markets exposure
• Python or data tools

Compensation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Willingness to travel:
