We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Investment Analyst & Operations Associate to support both the investment process and operational infrastructure of the firm.
This is a junior, high-exposure role designed for individuals building a career in investment management, with direct visibility into portfolio construction, client reporting, and firm operations.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Support (45%):
- Investment research across asset classes
- Financial modeling and performance analysis
- Portfolio construction and monitoring
Operations & Process Optimization (45%):
- Portfolio accounting and reconciliation
- Client reporting and data management
- Trade support and workflow execution
AI & Automation Enablement (10%):
- Build AI-assisted workflows
- Automate repetitive processes
- Support development of internal AI agents
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years experience
