Responsibilities

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at Simply Green Lawncare LLC, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into satisfied customers. Your ability to communicate the value of our lawncare treatment services will be critical in achieving and exceeding our sales goals.

Shift:

11am-7pm & some Saturdays 9am-1pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Follow Up: Contact warm leads in our database from current customers and marketing campaigns who have depressed interest in lawn care products.

2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and potential customers, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our lawn care treatment services, ensuring you can confidently communicate their features, benefits, and value to customers.

4. Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations via phone, or email, to showcase our services and how they can address customers' lawn care needs.

5. Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate and customized quotes and proposals for potential clients, clearly outlining the scope of work, pricing, and terms.

6. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, ideally in the lawn care or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
