  • *Role Overview:***

Solution Engineers are the technical backbone of SimplifyX’s sales process, supporting Account Executives with product demonstrations, technical deep-dives, Proof of Concept execution, and solution architecture design. Each SE supports 3–4 AEs and must develop vertical-specific expertise across SimplifyX accelerators (ClaimsAgent, ComplianceAgent, SupplyVision, etc.).

  • *Key Responsibilities:***Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect-specific use cases and industry workflowsConduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer architectures, integration requirements, and data landscapesDesign and execute Proof of Value engagements measuring ROI on single high-value use casesBuild custom demo environments showcasing industry accelerators (healthcare claims automation, banking KYC/AML, logistics demand forecasting)Create technical proposals, solution architectures, integration of blueprints, decks for demos. Support RFP/RFI responses with technical accuracyProvide feedback to the product team on competitive gaps and customer requirements**Required Qualifications:***5–8 years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software (automation, integration, AI/ML platforms).Solid technical foundation: APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), database concepts, workflow engines.Experience with at least one target vertical’s technology ecosystem (banking: FIS/Fiserv/Temenos; logistics: SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis).Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.Customer-facing experience with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures is a significant plus.
