Role Overview:

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP Consultant with broad ERP understanding and exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO). The role focuses on ERP process support, integrations, release coordination, and system governance, with some involvement in custom development.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Process & Functional Support

• Support core ERP processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Assist in UAT coordination and business process validation.
• Support security role configuration and workflow setups.
• Participate in system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Dynamics 365 FnO

• Provide functional support within D365 Finance & Operations modules.
• Assist in data management, batch jobs, and configuration changes.
• Support Microsoft release updates and regression testing.
• Coordinate with development teams for enhancements and fixes.

Custom Development

• Perform minor code reviews and small extensions using X++, C# or JavaScript.
• Support troubleshooting of customizations.
• Work with developers for deployment and debugging activities.
• Follow extension-based customization best practices

Integration, DevOps & Governance

• Support integrations using OData, APIs, Data Entities, and Dual-write.
• Coordinate CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
• Raise and manage change requests and deployment activities.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CE, Power Platform, and Azure.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of ERP business processes.
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Basic familiarity with X++, C#, JavaScript and customization concepts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and release management.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of D365 Commerce setup, POS configurations, product catalogs, pricing, and channel management.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain modules.
