Senior Engineer - QA DevOps (Jenkins & Groovy Scripting)

Role Overview:

You will be part of the Silicon Labs SQA team, a group of dedicated software professionals specializing in Continuous Integration testing for wireless networks. Your role will involve solving critical CI/CD challenges for software testing and delivery, with global visibility and the opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency in testing and software delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the SQA DevOps infrastructure supporting global teams, continuously improving its performance, efficiency, and usability.
• Maintain the infrastructure, including handling software updates, patches, and installing necessary utilities.
• Collaborate with global SQA teams to address day-to-day issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Partner with design and release teams to understand high-level requirements and architect forward-looking DevOps solutions for the future.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of Jenkins & Groovy scripting
• Experience with AWS, Nomad, integration with artifact servers, DB, docker containers, logs monitoring, and debugging
• Experience in supporting global teams and managing multi-team large infrastructure with CICD

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Linux/Windows System administration, embedded systems environment, and understanding cross-architecture toolchains
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures
