Lead Production Supervisor for Electric Vehicles

Oversee production operations in the electric vehicle sector. We're looking for an experienced supervisor to manage teams, enforce production standards, and drive process improvements effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing at the Raleigh plant. You will ensure production targets are met while adhering to quality and environmental standards. Implementing efficient workflows will be key to achieving continuous development and optimal machine use in this innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall production operations and standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead team efforts to meet production goals
• Design effective workflows and resource scheduling
• Evaluate and implement maintenance programs Requirements:
• 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role
• Strong MS Office and LEAN background
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
