Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer (Product & UX) to design and implementation of the user-facing components of our custom manufacturing software for gas turbine production. This platform will consolidate factory data and provide clear, actionable insights into estimated output, capacity bottlenecks, and production scenarios. You will work closely with global business teams to understand deep manufacturing workflows and turn them into intuitive, reliable, and performant UI/UX experiences. Experience in building industrial-grade, user-centric manufacturing tools is essential. How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities of role) Build high-quality React + TypeScript UIs, including: capacity dashboards bottleneck heatmaps routings/flow visualizations what‑if scenario engines Collaborate with backend engineers to design clean, maintainable domain APIs. Implement i18n, accessibility standards, and role-based access. Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and demos with diverse global teams. Translate complex manufacturing concepts into clear UX patterns and data visualizations. Contribute to full-stack development, architecture discussions, and best practices. Create documentation, training content, and release notes for end-users. Demonstrable experience using AI tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, and documentation. What You Bring (required qualification and skill sets) Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–6+ years full-stack experience with strong React + TypeScript front-end skills. Proven track record designing and delivering production-ready factory or industrial applications. Experience in UX for technical or operations-heavy workflows. Understanding of manufacturing processes (BOM, routing, constraints, throughput). Strong API collaboration skills (REST/GraphQL). Comfortable engaging with multicultural business teams to refine requirements. Cloud-native development (Azure preferred), CI/CD, testing, and secure design. · Prior experience of integrating AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor , Replit , GitHub Copilot ) to automate boilerplate, refactor code, and generate tests. Preferred Qualifications (good to have) Experience in gas turbines, energy manufacturing, aerospace, or similar domains. Visualization libraries (D3, Recharts, Plotly). Prior exposure to planning, scheduling, or operations management tools.
