We are looking for a Platform Support & Operations Engineer to ensure our platform remains stable, reliable, and highly available. This role plays a critical part in monitoring systems, responding to incidents, maintaining infrastructure, and supporting user access operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor platform and service health using dashboards, logs, and alerts.
• Respond to incidents, triage alerts, restore services quickly, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform routine platform maintenance including service health checks, patch coordination, certificate renewals, and configuration updates.
• Maintain and improve operational runbooks and support procedures.
• Manage user lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, role assignments, and access requests.
• Support authentication and account-related tasks such as login troubleshooting and password reset coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Support Engineering, Platform Operations, SRE, or DevOps support roles.
• Hands-on experience operating production systems in AWS environments.
• Experience with ECS/Fargate, ALB, Route53, CloudWatch, IAM, SSM, and Secrets Manager.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience supporting React and Python-based web services.
• Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
• Strong scripting and debugging skills using Python, Bash, or similar.
• Ability to work in on-call rotations and incident response environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and operational reporting skills.
