Role & responsibilities

General Managerial functions of chemical plant

Manage day to day production of chemicals

Responsible for overall plant production, safety and maintenance

Partly responsible for admin work and documentation

Able to delegate and handle a team of 20-25 production staff

Preferred candidate profile

10 plus years experience in operating a chemical plant as a manager or deputy manager

Experienced in plant safety and risk mitigation ,

Experienced in chemical processes such as distillation, liquid liquid extraction etc

Preference given to experience in field of manufacture of organic chemicals etc

Well versed with ETP operations and MPCB/CPCB norms

Knowledge of analytical methods like GC , KF and Acid Value

BSc / BE In chemistry or other technical qualifications
