Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Massage Therapist based in Bhopal. The Massage Therapist will provide a range of body massage and therapeutic massage services in alignment with Ayurvedic and Panchkarma practices, including techniques such as Shiatsu where appropriate. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, delivering safe and effective treatments, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment, and documenting sessions accurately. The role involves educating clients on stress management, relaxation techniques, and general wellness, while ensuring high standards of hygiene and professional conduct. The Massage Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare staff to support integrated care and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage, with the ability to tailor techniques to client needs.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Shiatsu or similar pressure-based massage methods.
• Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, empathy, and client relationship-building.
• Understanding of Stress Management principles and the ability to incorporate them into client care and guidance.
• Relevant certification or diploma in massage therapy, Ayurveda, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Awareness of basic anatomy, contraindications, and safety standards in massage and wellness practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment and follow established treatment protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Prior experience in an Ayurvedic clinic, spa, or wellness center is an advantage.
