Interior Projects Sales Manager - Hyderabad The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and conducting meetings and presentations to secure interior design contracts. The manager will collaborate with design and project teams to understand service offerings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms. Would be responsibile for visiting client sites, maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Proven experience in sales and business development in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related project-based services.
• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build networks with architects, developers, corporate clients, and residential customers.
• Ability to prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of interior design or construction project cycles, pricing concepts, and basic technical terminology (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design, project, and leadership teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including maintaining a structured sales pipeline and accurate reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
