A Zonal Marketing Communications marcom Executive is responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing brand consistency, and driving promotional activities within a designated geographical zone . They act as a bridge between the central marketing team and regional sales teams, ensuring local market needs are met while maintaining corporate brand standards.
Key Roles And Responsibilities.
- Zonal Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns to boost sales, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business objectives within the assigned zone.
- Brand Management and Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials, communications, and brand activations are consistent with the corporate brand image.
- Trade Marketing and Activations: Plan and execute marketing activities specifically for dealers, distributors, and retail partners, including product launches, store displays, and merchandising.
- Event Management: Oversee the organization of regional events, exhibitions, customer meets, and rural wholesale activations.
- Market Intelligence and Analytics: Conduct regular market visits to understand local market dynamics, monitor competitor activities, and analyze sales data to evaluate the success of promotional efforts.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Create or customize marketing literature, such as brochures, presentations, and point of sale materials tailored to regional requirements.
- Required Skills and Qualifications.
- Experience: Generally 6 to 10 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management, specifically with experience in handling regional or zonal territories.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and Crm tools, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
