Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for Technical Support / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk roles with expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Ticketing Tools, and Voice Support .
Eligibility
- Graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk
- Experience with ticketing tools is mandatory
- Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, printers, LAN, and enterprise applications .
- Troubleshoot Windows OS (XP10) and MS Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Skype, and SharePoint.
- Support Windows, iOS, and Android devices for end users.
- Manage Active Directory (AD) tasks including:
- User account creation/modification
- Password resets
- Group policies
- Access management
- Handle authentication issues such as:
- Login failures
- Account lockouts
- MFA / SSO troubleshooting
- Resolve BitLocker issues, patch updates, registry fixes, and virus/security troubleshooting .
- Perform basic network troubleshooting including VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi.
- Gain exposure to network security, firewalls, routing, switching, and data center networking .
- Work on ticketing tools like:
- ServiceNow
- Remedy
- Freshservice
- Jira
- Ensure SLA adherence and deliver high-quality technical/customer support.
