Job Overview

DOU Technocare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell orthopaedic medical devices and surgical consumables , specifically catering to Orthopaedic Joint Replacement Surgeons .

The role involves field sales, relationship building with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets across Pune and key markets in Maharashtra and nearby states.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell orthopaedic medical devices and surgical consumables
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospitals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
• Manage field visits and travel across assigned territories
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance

• Key Result Areas (KRA)
• Product promotion and market penetration
• Revenue generation and target achievement
• Customer acquisition and retention

Territory development and coverage

• Experience in medical devices / surgical consumables sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good comprehension and presentation skills

• Eligibility Criteria
• 2 -3 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare / medical devices
• Willingness to travel 15 days per month

Based in or willing to relocate to Pune

• Compensation
• Salary: 2.5 3.0 LPA (as per industry standards)
