Job Overview
DOU Technocare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell orthopaedic medical devices and surgical consumables , specifically catering to Orthopaedic Joint Replacement Surgeons .
The role involves field sales, relationship building with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets across Pune and key markets in Maharashtra and nearby states.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell orthopaedic medical devices and surgical consumables
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospitals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals
- Manage field visits and travel across assigned territories
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and performance

- Experience in medical devices / surgical consumables sales

- Eligibility Criteria
- 2 -3 years of relevant sales experience in healthcare / medical devices
- Willingness to travel 15 days per month
Based in or willing to relocate to Pune
- Compensation
- Salary: 2.5 3.0 LPA (as per industry standards)
