About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Regional Technical Coordinator to oversee technical operations across multiple field locations. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about renewable energy, rural development, and team leadership.

You will work closely with the Project Manager/APM to ensure high-quality biodigester installations and drive operational excellence in line with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical operations across the assigned region as per global quality standards
  • Supervise Assistant Technical Coordinators, technicians, and field teams
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical, commercial, and credit teams
  • Oversee and conduct technical training programs
  • Manage large-scale installations using structured PMP methodologies
  • Monitor and achieve regional technical KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with health safety standards
  • Conduct installation quality audits and inspections
  • Organize team training sessions and workshops
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of technical team members

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields

Experience Skills

  • 23 years of experience in team management and field operations
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent team leadership and people management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and database tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage
  • Experience in biogas or renewable energy is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Benefits

  • TADA: 300 per day
  • Hotel Reimbursement:

  • 800/day (Non-metro cities)

  • Car: 9/km
  • Flexible 9-hour shift (based on field requirements)
