Hiring: Multi Skilled Technician
Location : Chennai (Siruseri)
Salary : 28,000 to 32,000 in hand per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems
- Handle minor electrical repairs (wiring, switches, lighting, breakers)
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (filters, airflow, basic faults)
- Carry out plumbing work (leak repairs, drainage, fixtures, pumps)
- Execute preventive maintenance as per schedule
- Diagnose and fix faults across multiple systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Maintain maintenance logs and report issues
