Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for managing and growing assigned smaller-sized accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory by cross-selling and up-selling Company's products and solutions.
- Develop customer pathways, including processes for both acquiring and using the products.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Company's products or services to various customer groups through presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular sales meetings and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals in a mutually beneficial manner for both the customer and Company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive retention and generate new business opportunities.
- Address customer queries related to financial, logistical, or clinical aspects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Work exclusively through distributors.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or Pharma industries.
