The Microsoft Autopilot and Intune Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end management, configuration, and deployment of modern workplace devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. The role involves automating device provisioning, managing policies, ensuring compliance, and supporting global endpoint management Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manageMicrosoft IntuneandWindows Autopilotfor seamless device provisioning and lifecycle management.

Create and manageIntune policies, configuration profiles, compliance settings , andsecurity baselines .

ConfigureAutopilot deployment profiles , device enrollment, and pre-provisioning

AdministerAzure AD join ,Hybrid join , andco-managementwith SCCM (if applicable).

Integrate Intune withMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint ,Conditional Access , andCompliance policies .

Develop and maintainPowerShell scriptsfor automation, reporting, and custom configurations.

Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, and policy compliance issues.

Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure device security and compliance.

Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process workflows for device management operations.

Stay updated with the latestMicrosoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)andWindows 11features and best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in endpoint management with a focus onMicrosoft IntuneandAutopilot .

Strong understanding ofAzure Active Directory (AAD) ,Group Policy , andConditional Access .

Experience withmobile device management (MDM)andmobile application management (MAM) .

Working knowledge ofWindows 10/11 ,Office 365 , andMicrosoft 365 Admin Center .

Proficiency inPowerShell scriptingfor automation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity withSCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager)is a plus.

Good understanding ofZero Trust architectureandmodern workplaceconcepts.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)

Microsoft 365 Certified: Contemporary Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/101)

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
