Active Directory & Azure Administrator (Hyderabad)

We are looking for a Windows Administrator for L2 support and who can be an immediate joiner.

Windows Administrator for L2 support responsible for managing enterprise Active Directory environments and troubleshooting various issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement, and manage enterprise Active Directory environments including AD DS, Sites & Services, Trusts, and Schema updates.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting of AD replication, authentication, Kerberos, and GPO-related issues.
• Plan and execute Domain Controller upgrades, AD migrations, and infrastructure hardening aligned with security best practices.
• Perform proactive AD health checks, monitoring, and detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical infrastructure incidents.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) including OS-level issues, performance bottlenecks, service failures, clustering issues, and system crashes.
• Analyze and resolve CPU, memory, disk I/O, and network latency issues;

perform event log and basic crash dump analysis.

• Manage complete server lifecycle including provisioning, patching, upgrades, performance optimization, and decommissioning.
• Design and administer enterprise DNS and DHCP infrastructure including AD-integrated DNS, zone replication, scavenging, DHCP scopes, reservations, policies, and failover configurations.
• Ensure DNS/DHCP high availability, IP address governance, and enterprise-wide name resolution stability.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell to execute, modify, and troubleshoot using scripts for administrative tasks, reporting, and automation activities.
• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure in hybrid environments including Azure Virtual Machines, networking (VNet, NSG, Peering), RBAC/IAM, monitoring, backup, site recovery, and Update Management.
• Implement and support Azure AD / Hybrid identity integrations.
• Administer and manage Office 365 (Microsoft 365) services including user lifecycle management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, licensing, security policies, and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Manage and support Hyper-V virtualization workplace including VM provisioning, clustering, performance tuning, resource allocation, and high availability configuration.
• Lead Windows Server patch management lifecycle using WSUS, Patch Manager Plus, or Azure Update Management including patch planning, impact analysis, rollback strategy, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts and mitigate zero-day security risks in collaboration with security and compliance teams.
• Handle escalations from L1/L2 teams, participate in Major Incident calls, drive problem management, and ensure timely resolution of high-severity incidents.
• Execute infrastructure changes, participate in CAB reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
