Job Summary
SHI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SHI Capital Operations Specialist to support the continued growth and scalability of SHI Capital. This role plays a critical part in reducing operational friction, improving process consistency, and enabling the SHI Capital team to focus on high-value sales activities.The Capital Operations Specialist will support the execution of payment solutions throughout the full deal lifecycle while serving as a key coordination point for workflow management, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. This position offers exposure to sales, deal management, accounting operations, and operational process improvement within a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple teams and systems, ensuring operational issues are addressed quickly, workflows remain organized, and internal stakeholders stay aligned throughout the deal lifecycle.
Role Description
Operational Support & Workflow Management
Manage and resolve operational issues related to invoicing, remittance, and funding processes.
Own and coordinate ServiceNow tickets and internal workflow requests.
Track and resolve downstream issues impacting deal execution and customer experience.
Identify recurring operational friction points and escalate process improvement opportunities.
Accounting & Administrative Support
Partner with the Accounting team to resolve billing and reconciliation issues.
Support customer credit line setup and ongoing tracking in coordination with Accounting.
Assist with account aging coordination and follow-up activities.
Help ensure accurate documentation, submission, and processing of payment solution transactions.
Process & Data Integrity
Support the standardization of payment solution workflows and documentation.
Maintain accurate data across CRM platforms, quoting tools, and internal tracking systems.
Assist with reporting activities and tracking operational metrics and issues.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Operations, Accounting, or a related business function.
Familiarity with SHI’s sales structure and business model, or the ability to develop that knowledge quickly.
Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
Experience supporting operational processes, workflow coordination, or business administration activities.
Preferred
Experience in operations, accounting support, or sales operations.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, quoting systems, ServiceNow, or workflow and ticketing tools.
Demonstrated process improvement mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
Experience supporting sales teams or deal lifecycle execution.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $65,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
