Job Location: - Pune (Baner Annex).

Experience: - 1+ years in Robotics/IoT education or product development.

Qualifications: - B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, IoT, Embedded Systems, or related field.

Notice Period: - Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of:- Arduino IDE, ESP32/ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, Embedded C/C++, Python, MQTT, Node-RED, IoT Cloud Platforms, Robotics Programming, Sensor Integration, Electronics Prototyping, Educational Content Skills, Curriculum design experience.

Instructional design expertise.

LMS course creation experience.

Assessment and certification framework development.

Video Creation Skills.

Comfortable on camera.

Experience recording educational content.

Basic video editing knowledge.

Presentation and communication skills.

Experience working with schools, STEM labs, Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), or CBSE Skill Education programs.

Job Key Roles & Responsibilities: -

Curriculum Development: - Design complete Robotics and IoT curriculum for: - Grades 3–5 (Beginner), Grades 6–8 (Intermediate), Grades 9–12 (Advanced).

Teachers & Trainers Certification Programs.

Create learning outcomes, lesson plans, and competency frameworks.

Develop project-based learning modules aligned with NEP 2020, CBSE Skill Education, and STEM standards.

Create beginner-to-advanced learning pathways.

Project Development: - Design and test practical projects using:- Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, Micro bit, Sensors and Actuators & Robotics Kits.

Create real-world IoT projects such as:- Smart Home Automation, Smart Agriculture, Weather Monitoring Systems, Smart Attendance Systems, Smart Dustbin, Line Follower Robot, Obstacle Avoidance Robot, AI-enabled Robotics Projects.

Prepare project documentation, wiring diagrams, code, and troubleshooting guides.

LMS Content Creation.

Create structured LMS content including:- Course Modules, Lessons, Assignments, Assessments, Quizzes, Project Evaluations, Certification Criteria.

Organize content according to LMS standards and user experience best practices.

Collaborate with the ERP/LMS development team to ensure smooth content integration.

Video Content Production.

Record professional educational videos.

Create: - Theory Lessons, Practical Demonstrations, Coding Tutorials, Hardware Assembly Tutorials, Project Walkthroughs.

Prepare scripts, presentations, and demonstrations.

Ensure content is engaging and suitable for school students.

Technical Documentation Develop: - Teacher Guides, Student Handbooks, Lab Manuals, Installation Guides, Project Worksheets, Assessment Rubrics, Create circuit diagrams and technical documentation.

Research & Innovation

Stay updated with latest developments in:- IoT, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, STEM Education.

Recommend new projects and learning pathways.

Pay: ₹15,023.07 - ₹29,271.72 per month
