Junior Merchandiser - Bulk ( Woven) (Karnataka)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling bulk orders from order confirmation to final shipment
• Coordinate with buyers for approvals, comments, and order updates
• Follow up with vendors/suppliers for raw materials, trims, and accessories
• Track production status and ensure adherence to the Time & Action (T&A;) plan
• Support in maintaining order-related documentation (POs, BOM, approvals, etc.)
• Coordinate with sampling, planning, and production teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely approvals of lab dips, fabrics, trims, and bulk samples
• Monitor quality standards in coordination with QA/QC teams
• Track shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics for on-time delivery
• Update MIS reports and share status updates with the team/management
• Assist in resolving production-related issues and delays
