Key Responsibilities:
- Implement IE tools for line balancing, work study, and method improvement
- Monitor production efficiency and optimize manpower utilization
- Analyze SMV, capacity planning, and production targets
- Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve output
- Lead time-motion studies and improve workflow processes
Key Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in apparel/textile manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of IE tools, SMV calculation, and line balancing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production systems
