Job Title & Location : Asst.Store Manager (Dhanbad)

Experience :1 to 2 years in roles such as Senior Executive, Floor Manager, or Assistant Store Manager preferably in retail or Jewellery.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Day-to-Day Floor Management : Supervise sales staff manage shifts, assign duties, and conduct briefings to set daily goals.

Oversee store presentation, ensuring the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

2.Sales & Customer Service Management :Motivate the team to hit and exceed sales targets. Train staff on upselling and cross-selling techniques; aid in closing high-value sales.

3. Inventory & Merchandising Oversight :Ensure Jewellery displays are properly stocked and restocked. Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with store branding.

4. Security & Compliance :Implement security protocols for safeguarding high-value items. Train staff on secure handling procedures. Ensure adherence to store policies and retail regulations.

5.Team Training & Development :Coach and mentor team members in product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.

Conduct performance assessments and foster a positive, motivated environment.

6.Reporting & Analysis: Monitor daily sales metrics and prepare performance reports for higher management. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in promotions or inventory.

7.Operational Efficiency & Maintenance : Execute store opening/closing routines, manage cash-handling processes, and address technical issues. Ensure fixtures, lighting, and displays are well-maintained & appealing.

Note : Strong Communication required for the role.

Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month
