Job Description
As a Tableau Data Visualization Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in meeting the demands of business requirements by devising analytic strategies and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include understanding and defining technical requirements, data requirements, and engaging in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for insight generation, data quality, testing, and dashboard development/enhancement.
- Analytic strategies to meet business requirements
- Technical requirements of analytic solutions
- Data requirements of analytic solution processes
- Engaging in technical problem solving across multiple technologies
- Developing new solutions as necessary
- Sourcing data from multiple sources, manipulating and preparing data, and running scripts to update Teradata DB
- Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Tableau or other visualization tools
- Connecting Tableau/Visualization tool to different data sources, importing and transforming data as needed
- Developing, publishing, and scheduling Tableau reports to visualize trends per business requirements
You should have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role with a go-getter attitude and a high degree of ownership skills. The ability to deal with ambiguity is crucial. Experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
