Apprentice Plumber or Helper to Train

We are a growing, locally owned company serving Montgomery and Frederick counties, and we are looking for a future star of the plumbing industry.

You might already be an apprentice plumber—or you might be ready to start as a helper and earn your way into an apprenticeship. Either way, you are serious about a career as a professional plumber

Hard work and eagerness to learn are a must, of course.

But you must also look sharp every day, act professional every day, and keep your customers' homes and your own truck pristine.

And most of all, you must care about your customers and do everything in your power to give them peace of mind, both when you arrive at their home and when you leave.

Anybody can turn a wrench or glue some pipes, but you will become an expert of your craft that takes responsibility for every customer assigned to you, from beginning to end.

You call ahead before you arrive, you arrive on time, you are gracious with everyone you serve, you diagnose their problems correctly and offer them different solutions if possible. You fix the problem the first time so you don't have to come back.

And when you ask them "have I given you the best service possible today?" they will answer with a resounding "yes!"

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
