We are looking for passionate and empathetic Psychologists to join Serenest.

Serenest is a doctor-led digital mental healthcare platform focused on:

• Psychiatry
• Therapy
• De-addiction care
• Confidential and evidence-based mental healthcare

We aim to make quality mental healthcare more accessible, ethical, and patient-focused across India.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct online therapy and counselling sessions
• Maintain professional and ethical clinical practice
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and the care team
• Support patients with anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns
• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up care

Eligibility:

• MA/MSc in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
• RCI-licensed professionals preferred
• Good communication and empathy skills
• Interest in digital mental healthcare and teletherapy
