Role Responsibilities

• Conduct online/offline classes for fresh psychologists
• Teach practical therapy skills and clinical basics
• Guide case discussions and communication skills
• Help bridge the gap between theory and real-world practice
• Develop educational content, notes, and training material
• Mentor early-career mental health professionals

Eligibility

• MA/MSc in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
• Teaching or training experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for mentorship and education

Preferred

• RCI-licensed professionals
• Experience in therapy, counselling, or hospital practice
• Interest in digital mental health education
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
