Role Purpose We are looking for a capable and curious AI Engineer with solid full-stack development foundations who is ready to specialise in AI-powered application development. You will build and maintain web applications and AI-integrated systems, working across frontend and backend layers while progressively taking on deeper AI engineering responsibilities. This role is suited to someone who has 2–3 years of hands-on development experience, particularly with JavaScript frameworks and has already dipped their toes into AI development and is eager to grow into a specialist AI engineering role.

You will work directly with senior engineers and Dr Raza on real client projects, not internal experiments.

Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development

• Design and develop responsive, production-grade web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar)
• Implement and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating third-party services
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable across client environments AI-Powered Application Development
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into web applications and product workflows
• Build and maintain AI-powered features, including chat interfaces, document processing, and intelligent automation
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Develop and maintain AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Support the deployment and integration of machine learning models into production systems
• Assist in building data pipelines that feed AI models and analytical dashboards Engineering Practices
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with attention to performance and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
• Use Git and collaborative development workflows (branches, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines)
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Vercel)
• Contribute to technical documentation for client deliverables and internal knowledge base Client & Project Collaboration

Experience Experience

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience in a commercial or consultancy setting
• Strong, demonstrable proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, or Vue.js)
• Solid experience with Node.js backend development and REST API design
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Some prior experience in AI or ML application development — whether integrating APIs, building LLM-powered features, or working with AI toolkits
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows Technical Skills
