Sr. Production Supervisor for Facade

Production/Manufacturing for Facade Industry

· Sr. Production Supervisor Ensure required manpower Allocation to the respective department

· Ensuring distribution of production plan to the respective department in coordination with PPC & Production manager

· Sr. Production Supervisor Ensure execution of all work orders as per Shift Production Plan

· Sr. Production Supervisor Monitoring & Controlling short orders/missing orders/rejection through system reports

· Sr. Production Supervisor Ensuring short orders/missing orders/rejection orders completion with required re-production

· Sr. Production Supervisor Achieve Daily/Weekly/monthly production targets

· Sr. Production Supervisor Carryout daily production review meetings with supervisor and communicated the plan vs. Actual Achieve

· Sr. Production Supervisor Understanding the GAP and provided required support for smooth execution

· Coordination with the all department required Material/ Manpower/ Machinery support.

· Maintaining & sharing required daily/weekly & Monthly reports

· Sr. Production Supervisor Ensure the set standard optimization level is achieved

· Sr. Production Supervisor Controlling the Time wastage of resources provided

· Ensure quality standards as demanded by client

· Strict compliance of QMS

· Ensuring maintenance of proper documentation for in compliance with ISO requirements.

· Ensuring rejection % of the receptive processes remains below the defined Standard

· Ensuring wastage % of the receptive processes remains below the defined Standard though Optimum utilization of material

· Sr. Production Supervisor Ensuring SOP are followed

· Ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken and followed as per process audit observation reports

· Sr. Production Supervisor Ensure 5S are followed and maintained on shop floor

· Coordinating with internal & external Customers ensure Timely Deliver of Defined Quality Standards.

· Sr. Production Supervisor To ensure compliance of Safety Policies of the company

· Sr. Production Supervisor inspect and ensure compliance of safety procedures are followed while operating the equipment's Machineries

· To ensure Safety Equipment's and Accessories are worn and used on Machines

· Sr. Production Supervisor Achieving productivity improvement with value added operations

· Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation, Maintenance Cost

· Sr. Production Supervisor give Innovative Idea

· Other tasks as assigned from time to time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
