- The Systems Administrator supports the team by managing a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and care. Working under guidance, the role involves reviewing, validating, and approving rate requests, updating case information, and checking budgets within internal systems. It also helps maintain consistent data standards, compliance, and timely processing across daily operations.
- Acting as a key point of coordination, the role handles incoming rate requests by checking accuracy, completeness, and alignment with set guidelines. It processes and approves rate updates in internal platforms, while also tracking and logging changes for reporting, audits, and compliance reviews. Alongside this, it supports customer related data projects, updating case information in systems such as Legal X and reviewing budget details based on customer requirements.
- Across the team, the role provides general administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly. This includes arranging meetings, preparing documents, organizing shared resources, and supporting the creation and distribution of internal communications, reports, and presentations. It also involves maintaining clear and well organized records, documentation, and files to ensure information stays accessible and accurate.
