Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our BOH team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with a strong focus on preparing high-quality meals.

Duties

• Prepare food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling dishes
• Cook meals while maintaining proper food safety and hygiene practices
• Handle food products safely, including proper storage and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen throughout shifts
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred, Valid safe food handlers certification is required
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
