BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Branch Systems Administrator you will contribute to the effective functioning of the branch team by ensuring that all workstations, voice communications and multi-functioning devices are running effectively. You will join a purpose-driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

Deliver proactive and reactive technicalexpertisewith a hands-on approach, addressing issues and improvements for Branch Staff

Act as the liaison with the Helpdesk and the Branch Training and Support Team to ensure efficient resolution to all issues

Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency

Provide basic-level training on all applications

Escalateissuesto internal and external providers

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We would love to work with you if you have:

Experience in providing IT support to end-users.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Provide excellent service in a professional and respectful manner.

Ability to meet deadlines

Knowledge of Microsoft systems:

Word,Exceland PowerPoint

Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
