As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the carpentry and finishing trade projects, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Collaborate with Human Resources for staff management and engage in budgeting processes.

• Oversee daily tasks of the carpentry and maintenance team

Requirements

• Trade qualification and relevant diploma in management
• Three years of experience in facility management roles
• Expertise in safety principles and building maintenance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Valid BC driver’s license for vehicle business use
