Job description

The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented HR Rewards professional, with a background in Compensation and Benefits, to support our global employee population. A successful candidate is mature, professional, organized, able to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information, and can manage a diverse workload all the while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also have a strong desire to learn and grow within the Human Capital Management department.

What you’ll do
As a senior member of the HCM team assisting in continuing to build the strategy and execution of our current benefits, compensation, and payroll business processes. Additionally, you will be part of the execution of the strategic vision, improving processes, prioritizing activities, and ensuring a strong and stable infrastructure to align our people strategies with our firm’s business initiatives.

Key aspects of this role are:

  • Ensure accurate administration of HRIS both from the employee and HCM perspective related to Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll and related vendor platforms
  • Assist employees with enrollment, benefit changes, and lifecycle of various benefit plans
  • Support annual benefit renewal processes globally
  • Drive continuous improvement of employee communications and business processes
  • Manage key vendor relationships with defined KPIs and regular business reviews
  • Provide support to current compensation team through careful review of data, business processes, and provide detailed analytics for business partners and senior leaders
  • Liaise between employees, HR, payroll, and tax departments
  • Collaborate with HCM Business Partners and HCM leadership to identify opportunities for global alignment, efficiencies, and improved processes
  • Manage large HCM data sets, provide thoughtful analysis, and identify gaps in process and areas of improvement
  • Maintain and refine compensation models to support salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and internal equity reviews across business units and geographies
  • Partner closely with senior compensation managers to support the firm's year-end compensation cycle, including coordinating data preparation, validating compensation inputs, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of bonus and salary review processes
  • Assist in the design and administration of compensation structures and incentive frameworks, ensuring alignment with market data and the Firm's compensation philosophy
  • Create and distribute working files and presentations to business partnering teams to review year-end data elements
  • Draft and maintain documentation related to HR Special Operations processes/procedures
  • Establish credibility and strong working relationships with stakeholders across the Firm, including Global and Regional HCM teams, Finance, Legal and other related departments 

What you’ll bring
What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5-7 years of experience working in a professional environment)
  • Experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday
  • Experience with processing a payroll system, preferably ADP Workforce Now
  • Demonstrated ownership of annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals/open enrollment with measurable operational excellence
  • Working knowledge of US benefits compliance requirements and vendor management
  • Experience in managing employee leave plans (Parental Leave, FMLA, STD, LTD, etc.)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate effectively in a face-paced, high-performance environment
  • Advanced analytical skills and expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives and recommendations
  • Process-oriented and very strong attention to detail
  • Efficient time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Knowledge of payroll/benefit laws and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with equity compensation and system management, preferably Fidelity

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $130,000.00 and $160,000.00. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
