This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Designation: Senior Manager - Production Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical /Production Engg Experience : Diploma - 10 to 15 Years & Degree - 6 to 8 years Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.
Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity
Complete customer orders within 7 days. Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Poka-yoke/PFMEA projects
TPM Initiatives on shop floor.
Safety
Improvements. 5S Sustenance on shop.
Improve labour productivity in shop.
Technical competencies: Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes like fabrication and final assembly of electrical equipment
Familiar on understanding and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge on SAP or equivalent Functional Competencies Plan and execute daily/weekly/Monthly production schedules to meet target
Ensure compliance with safety and EHS standards.
Address production issues related to materials, manpower, machines
Monitor and improve line efficiency, cycle time, and productivity.
Training and skill development of technicians and operators.
Implement Lean / Kaizen / 5S practices on the shop floor Behavioural Competencies Customer First approach.
Collaboration within team and cross functional team.
Good in communication and presentation
