Position: Senior Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

Schbang is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in motion graphics, animation, storytelling, and visual design, with the ability to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms. As a Senior Motion Designer, you will collaborate closely with creative strategists, art directors, video editors, content teams, and account managers to deliver impactful visual content for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for digital campaigns, social media, branded content, and marketing initiatives.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories and motion-led experiences.
• Develop storyboards, animatics, style frames, and animation concepts.
• Work closely with creative, content, and video teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead motion design projects from ideation to final delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain high creative standards across all outputs.
• Mentor and guide junior motion designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, animation techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Animation, or Creative Production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design principles.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital-first campaigns, and brand marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment.
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software.
• Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging design technologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end creative production for large-scale campaigns.
