We are seeking an experienced and innovative Curriculum Developer to design, structure, and implement a future-ready academic curriculum for Grades 1–12 aligned with: CBSE learning outcomes & NEP 2020 Competency-based and experiential learning 21st-century skills and global education practices The role focuses on building curriculum architecture, lesson frameworks, assessment design, teacher guides, and academic planning that promote conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and holistic development

development Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design & Academic Planning Design a comprehensive annual academic framework for Grades 1–12 across all subjects. Align curriculum with: CBSE guidelines & Learning Outcomes NEP 2020 Foundational, Preparatory, Middle & Secondary Stages Competency-based education and Bloom’s Taxonomy Develop year plans, unit plans, and lesson plan templates. Create interdisciplinary and theme-based projects across subjects. Integrate life skills, values, SEL, and 21st-century competencies. - Learning Methodology Integration Embed experiential, inquiry-based, and project-based learning. Integrate: Activity-based pedagogy for Primary classes Conceptual and application-based learning for Middle school Critical thinking and exam readiness for Secondary & Senior Secondary Ensure progression from learning → application → analysis → creation. Assessment & Evaluation Design Develop assessment frameworks aligned with CBSE: Formative & Summative Assessments Competency-based question banks Case-study and application-based questions Create: Rubrics Project assessment formats Portfolio and performance-based evaluation tools Design report card formats aligned with CBSE and holistic progress reporting. Teacher Support & Capacity Building Develop Teacher Handbooks and teaching guides. Conduct teacher training workshops on: Lesson planning Differentiated instruction Classroom strategies Competency-based assessment Provide ongoing academic mentoring and support. Academic Innovation & Enrichment Design: Club activities & enrichment programs Olympiad and competition preparation frameworks Research, presentation & public speaking modules Integrate: Digital learning tools and ICT STEAM education Career awareness and skill development modules. --- Academic Documentation & Compliance Maintain curriculum documentation as per: CBSE academic audit requirements School inspection and accreditation standards Prepare academic calendars and planner documentation. --- Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Education / Subject specialization B.Ed / M.Ed (preferred) Certification in Curriculum Design or Instructional Design (added advantage) --- Experience Required 5–8 years of experience in school curriculum development (Grades 1–12) Experience in CBSE curriculum planning is mandatory Exposure to international teaching practices is preferred --- Skills Required Deep understanding of: CBSE curriculum & NEP 2020 Competency-based education Bloom’s Taxonomy & learning outcomes Strong curriculum documentation & academic writing skills Assessment and rubric design expertise Teacher training and mentoring skills Strong research and innovation mindset Excellent communication and collaboration abilities --- Expected Deliverables The Curriculum Developer will create: Annual Academic Curriculum Framework (Grades 1–12) Subject-wise Year Plans & Unit Plans Lesson Plan Templates & Teacher Guides Assessment Framework & Question Banks Project-Based Learning Modules Report Card & Evaluation Formats Teacher Training Modules & Academic Handbooks
