- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Retention Marketing Operations:**
- Own the day-to-day execution of retention campaigns through push notifications and email journeys.
- Draft, schedule, and publish push notifications regularly.
- Execute segmented email campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign targeting.
- Monitor campaign delivery, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in messaging and segmentation.
- Maintain campaign calendars for timely execution.
- Conduct A/B tests and optimization experiments.
- **Campaign Performance Tracking & Analysis:**
- Track and report campaign performance across push and email channels.
- Monitor engagement trends and retention-related performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance summaries.
- Analyze best-performing and underperforming campaigns.
- Share actionable insights for future campaign improvements.
- **Performance Marketing Operations (Landing Pages & Testing):**
- Create and optimize landing pages for growth campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with campaign messaging and conversion goals.
- Support A/B testing for headlines, CTAs, layouts, and messaging.
- Track test learnings and implement improvements.
- **Creator Partnerships Management:**
- Identify and onboard new creators aligned with the brand.
- Coordinate with active creators for content planning.
- Manage creator timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Ensure legal documentation and contract completion.
- Work across creator categories like spiritual and wellness creators.
- **Community & Events Operations:**
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline community events.
- Coordinate end-to-end event operations and logistics.
- Support marketing and promotion for community-led initiatives.
- Ensure event execution is smooth and aligned with brand standards.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, retention, community, creator management, or growth.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Project management and execution ability.
- High attention to detail and ownership.
