Role Description The Real Estate Advisory role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The individual in this role will provide guidance on real estate transactions and development opportunities, including market analysis, property evaluation, and financial considerations. Day-to-day tasks include supporting due diligence for potential acquisitions, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, and advising on strategies to maximize property value. The role also involves coordinating with development, sales, and customer service teams, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations. The Real Estate Advisor will help ensure projects align with company objectives and deliver positive outcomes for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including market dynamics, valuation principles, and local regulations.
• Experience in Real Estate Development, with the ability to assess project feasibility and support development planning.
• Proven Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships, responding to client needs, and supporting transaction processes.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare clear reports, and present recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area.
• Post-secondary education in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field is an asset.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills, particularly French, are considered an advantage.
