As a Key Account Manager Brand Partnerships & Growth, your role is to manage brand relationships and drive the planning, launch, and growth of brands across retail, pharmacy, and e-commerce markets. You will act as the business owner for assigned brands, collaborating with brand principals and internal teams to ensure successful brand launches and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners
- Manage day-to-day communication with brand principals
- Prepare business updates, performance reports, and monthly review presentations
- Work with brand teams on product launches, expansion plans, and growth strategy
- Develop market entry and launch plans for brands across markets
- Plan assortment, pricing, forecasts, and channel strategy
- Support new market launches and new product launches
- Identify expansion opportunities across markets, cities, and channels
- Track sales performance across markets and channels
- Monitor inventory, sell-through, and forecasts
- Track SKU performance and channel performance
- Drive growth initiatives across retail, pharmacy, and e-commerce channels
- Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, marketing, training, and in-market teams
- Ensure timely execution of regulatory submissions, product supply, marketing activities, and sales launches
- Track launch timelines and execution milestones across markets
Preferred Background:
- Experience in FMCG, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, pharma, nutraceuticals, retail, or e-commerce
- Experience in Key Account Management, Brand Management, Category Management, Business Management, or International Business roles
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
