Job : The Social Worker is accountable for the provision of Social Work Services to the patients of the Battlefords Union Hospital and their families. The Social Worker establishes and maintains effective cooperative working relationships within the hospital, the Saskatchewan Health Authority, and the community in order to provide optimal service to clients, and continuity and efficiency in the use of resources.
