Lead the development and evaluation of mental health programs as a part-time therapist. Address patient needs through targeted therapeutic strategies, working closely with a dedicated manager.

This temporary role focuses on program delivery and modification to enhance the quality of care provided. You will assess and adapt interventions based on patient feedback, and work in coordination with the Rehabilitation Services Manager. Team collaboration is vital for achieving comprehensive mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement individualized therapy programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with the Manager of Rehabilitation Services
• Modify therapeutic approaches based on ongoing assessments
• Maintain professional compliance with licensing standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Psychology, or related field
• Possession of a valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Registered or eligible for registration with a licensing body
• Strong programming and evaluation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
