Art Director (4–6 Years Experience)

About the Role: We’re looking for a mid-level Art Director (4–6 years experience) to lead and execute compelling visual storytelling across campaigns, brand identities, and digital content. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership of a key account in the entertainment space (national TV channel vertical) . This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, creatively strong, and ready to step into leadership responsibilities without being at a senior/Creative Director level.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative design concepts, campaigns, and brand systems Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated solutions Lead visual direction while staying hands-on with design execution Present ideas clearly to internal teams and clients Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints Deliver high-quality work within timelines in a fast-paced environment Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in design (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of projects Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and current design trends Location: Bangalore (Nandidurga Road) Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA , depending on experience and skillset Additional Information: This is a mid-level role — not suitable for senior candidates (8+ years experience) Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a creative assessment assignment
